Camouflaged Polizei Panzer uniforms

Although police formations wore camouflaged uniforms made of HBT and polished cotton material and printed with the Waffen-SS M44 dot camouflaged pattern, there is no evidence that the police panzer units wore camouflaged panzer uniforms. They were issued the four-pocket uniforms, which were slightly different in style to those of the Waffen-SS, having pleated upper patch pockets, a six-button front, four sets of three belt hook holes, and the police sleeve eagle. The police sleeve eagle was woven in silver-gray thread on police-green backing with a black swastika. Most of these camouflaged garments were issued late in the war for home defense and were completely devoid of any insignia.
